Description
Quick, crispy, and creamy air fryer salmon bites bang bang. A protein-rich meal with spicy-sweet sauce ready in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayo
2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
1. Toss cubed salmon in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt.
2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
3. Place salmon cubes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Air fry for 8–9 minutes, shaking once halfway through.
5. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, and lime.
6. Toss cooked salmon in bang bang sauce or drizzle over the top.
7. Serve immediately as a bowl, wrap, or appetizer.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
Make it spicier by adding more sriracha to the sauce.
Leftovers reheat best in air fryer at 375°F for 3–4 minutes.
