Ingredients
1½ cups shredded filo dough (kataifi)
2 tbsp butter
⅓ cup pistachio butter
1 bar dark chocolate (70%+ cacao)
7 fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Thaw and separate the shredded filo dough.
2. Toast in butter over medium heat until golden and crisp.
3. Melt the pistachio butter until pourable.
4. Mix toasted filo with pistachio butter.
5. Melt dark chocolate until smooth.
6. Layer sliced strawberries, pistachio filo mix, and chocolate in glass jars.
7. Repeat layers and top with pistachios. Serve immediately.

Best served fresh for maximum crunch.

You can swap pistachio butter with almond or hazelnut spread.
