Ingredients
2 cups diced strawberries
1 cup pistachio butter
2 cups shredded kataifi dough
2 tbsp vegan butter
8 oz dark chocolate or cacao paste
1 cup coconut cream (solid part only)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pistachios (for topping)
Instructions
1. Toast kataifi in butter until golden, then cool.
2. Mix cooled kataifi with pistachio butter.
3. Melt chocolate with coconut cream, add vanilla.
4. Dice strawberries finely.
5. Layer: strawberries, kataifi mix, ganache. Repeat.
6. Top with pistachios. Serve immediately or chill.
Notes
Best served fresh for textural contrast.
Kataifi can be substituted with crushed biscuits.
