Ingredients
4 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate egg whites from yolks carefully.
3. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff, glossy peaks form.
4. In another bowl, beat yolks, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
5. Gently fold yolk mixture into whipped egg whites.
6. Spoon batter into small rounds (about 3 inches wide).
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Be gentle while folding to avoid deflating.
Store in fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
