Description

Rich, chewy no-bake espresso chocolate bars made with espresso powder, cocoa, almond butter, and natural sweeteners.


Ingredients

1 1/4 cup oat flour

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tbsp espresso powder

5 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp chocolate chips

1/2 tsp coconut oil


Instructions

1. Mix oat flour, cocoa powder, walnuts, and espresso powder in a bowl.

2. Add maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla; mix into a thick dough.

3. Line a square pan with parchment and press dough evenly.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.

6. Drizzle melted chocolate over bars.

7. Refrigerate another hour before serving.

Notes

Substitute espresso powder with finely ground coffee if needed.

Store in fridge up to 7 days or freeze up to 3 months.
