Ingredients

1 glass filtered water
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
1–2 slices fresh ginger (optional)
Instructions
1. Add the pink salt to the glass of filtered water.
2. Stir well until completely dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice and ginger slices if desired.
4. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Start with 1/4 tsp if you’re new to sole water.
